FEW Kansai Holiday Party

Join us for an evening of festivities as we celebrate the holiday season as well as the FEW Kansai community and the many friendships we have formed over the past 35 years.
We will enjoy an elegant sit-down French dinner in a lovely, spacious room at the Hotel Monterey Osaka, a hotel brimming with classic old-world charm. An open bar offering both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available (all you can drink during the entire three-hour party). A few merry moments will be sprinkled throughout the evening as well.
Both regular and vegetarian menus are offered (see below), and dietary restrictions (allergies, gluten-free, etc.) will be considered.
Members and nonmembers are all warmly welcome. Feel free to bring your partner or a friend (men included).

COST: FEW Members: ¥8,000; Nonmembers: ¥16,000 (at cost)

- Sous-vide duck breast with eggplant confit, balsamic sauce, and new-leaf salad
- Sea urchin royale with shrimp and scallop saffron soup
- Poached sweetfish and leeks with crustacean bisque sauce
- Roast beef tenderloin au jus with horseradish, seasonal vegetables, and mushrooms
- Two kinds of bread with butter
