Join us at our first meeting of the year for an inspiring session with Junko Foley, a seasoned professional who has had various careers as a secretary, interpreter, entrepreneur, and leader of a legacy business. Junko will share her  insight into navigating leadership and entrepreneurship in Japan's male-dominated society, drawing from her personal journey in overcoming barriers and cultural challenges. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the obstacles women encounter in Japan's work culture, along with some practical advice on dealing with those challenges.
