While physical pain is often the direct result of physiological distress, it can also be a manifestation of emotional distress. Join us as Dr. Mira Simic-Yamashita, a psychologist and therapist, explores the intricate connection between mind and body and how it influences our physical health. She will also be sharing practical strategies to improve the mind-body connection.
