For our March meeting we are pleased to welcome a speaker who has dedicated her life to art and using it to connect people around the world. Jennifer Henbest de Calvillo, an educator and artist with extensive international experience, will share with us the joys and challenges of working with others to help unemployed women in Afghanistan support their families through the art of embroidery–a project called Ejaad.
