Take a Mindful Break with FEW
These are unusual times, and it is easy to feel overwhelmed by the demands of our roles and the constant changes taking place. Give yourself a break from news reports and Netflix—join us online for a short mindfulness practice hosted by FEW member Leigh Kennedy.
Leigh will lead us in guided meditation and some gentle body movements. No special equipment is required. Please wear comfortable clothes, and join us from a space in your home where you can sit and stretch comfortably.
We will start at 8:00 p.m. and will finish about 8:45 p.m. This Mindful Break is free of charge and open to FEW members.
A Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants about 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Instructor: Leigh Kennedy Leigh is a licensed clinical social worker as well as a certified yoga instructor. She has a special interest in the power of mindfulness in our daily lives and enjoys creating space where we can practice being mindful together.
