Join us in November to explore the Mind-Body Connection for a Healthier and Happier Life!

Physical pain and suffering is caused by the complicated interaction of every experience you go through in life. In the November meeting, Hiroki Sato will introduce the practice of Rolfing and explain how the body and its posture relates to the mind. The talk will also include a hands-on demonstration to show how the body responds to structural integration.

The Speaker

Hiro is a certified bodyworker with a background in Sports Medicine, Rolfing®, and energy work. He completed university and graduate school in the U.S., where he worked with Major League Baseball and the NFL. Hiro went on to work with NFL Europa, as well as various sports teams in Japan. His interest grew from the physical to the body-mind-spirit connection, and in 2009 he opened his own practice in Osaka providing private sessions that help clients resolve issues to live healthier and happier lives.
